Bio of Karl living in West Oakland

Hello my name is Karl.  Currently attending the AAU (Academy of Art University).  The School of Photography. 

February 21 2010 I retired from the US Army with 25 years…. Last year I knew I couldn’t stay home.  Where a new chapter in my life is going to begin.  And I knew I had to continue on learning with my education.  So I decided attend the AAU.  And become an involved in photography field.

I am a bay area native and grew up around the Bay.  I feel sometime that I am lucky in a way.  Where a diverse area of communities live.  And have culture awareness, while I grew up.  Gave me sense of better understanding.  Especially went to school in china town area in the city of Oakland.  Which made me put common sense in the factor life.   And help me with people skills and wisdom on the streets.  Also help me get along with my fellow soldiers while serving my 25 years in the US Army.

I love motorcycles, 4 wheel driving, swiss watches, scuba diving, skydiving, tools, travel, Ho scale trains, 1/35 scale models, and Photography.  And love attending AAU classes.  As well my photography of me and my subjets.  And bit of outside of my studio.
